  • 1 cup strained yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Strain some low-fat or non-fat plain yogurt for at least 8 hours in the fridge (or until the yogurt is thick like sour cream)

Mix strained yogurt, mustard and brown sugar.
