I am the hard working mother of 9 children, that's right 9..all mine and his! I work in the Emergency Room 3 days a week and then I am home for the week. My husband is a retired pro baseball pitcher the Oakland A's. We currently live in Colorado and are raising the back 4 of our 9 children. I cook for my emergency room every Saturday night so recipes that are frugel, go a long way with incredible flavor is what gets my attention. Thanks for your time.
