2 1/2 cups pecan, chopped
1 stick oleo, melted
1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 8 inch pie shells, unbaked.
Mix butter, syrup and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie shells and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
