FRESH PEACH PIE

Pastry for a double 9 inch crust
3 cups fresh sliced peaches
1 tespoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons butter

Roll out half the pastry in pie plate, dot with butter.
In a large bowl add peaches and lemon juice.
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and add to peaches. Pour mixture into pastry lined pan and top with remaining pastry. Cut slits in top pastry after sealing edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown and juice begins to bubble through.
