CHICKEN & ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD

1 (8 ounce) package chicken-flavored vermicella-rice mix
1 (6 1/4 ounce) package fried rice mix with almonds
2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup olives, sliced
8 green onions, chopped
3 or 4 cups cooked diced chicken
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Cook rice mixes according to package directions, omitting butter; cool. Drain and slice artichoke hearts, reserving marinade. Add artichokes, pepper, olives, onion and chicken to rice. Blend together artichoke marinade, mayonnaise and curry powder. Add to rice salad and toss lightly. Chill several hours before serving.
