GLAZED PECANS

Category: cookies, bars, candies, etc.

1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 pound pecans

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread on greased baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Keep in an airtight container.
