1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 can coconut
1 tub cool whip
Mix cake as directed. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake as directed. While cake is still hot, take a fork and poke holes in it. Pour the cream of coconut over the cake. When completly cool, cover with cool whip and then sprinkle coconut on top. Keep refrigerated. This cake is better the next day.
