STEAK CASSEROLE

1 1/2 pounds cubed steak
2 medium onions, sliced
4-6 medium potatoes peeled and quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Cut steak in pieces, season to taste, flour and brown in skillet with a little oil. Line baking pan with sliced onions and place steak ans potatoes on top. Mix soup and water and pour over steak. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour until potatoes are done.
