CORN CASSEROLE

1 (16 ounce) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 (16 ounce) can French style green beans, drained well
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 cup sour cream
1 can celery soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Mix soup and sour cream. Mix in other ingredients and place in a baking dish.

TOPPING

Mix together 1 stick melted butter and 1 tube of crumbled ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and golden brown.
