ZUCCHINI BREAD

2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup grated zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins soaked in hot water for 5 mins.

Mix all wet ingredients together, add sugar. Sift dry ingredients together; add to
wet mixture. Add nuts and blend together.
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Makes two loaves
