HOG HASSELET

4 pounds pork liver
3 large onions
3 pounds pork country style ribs
1 pounds pork neck bones
salt and pepper to taste

Cut up pork ribs and onions. Place all ingredients in a pot, cover with water and cook until very tender, in fact it should be falling apart. As the liver cooks you will need to break it up. Remove bones before serving. Serve with baked sweet potatoes.

(If you are lucky enough to find hog lights, cook them with other ingredients)
