ONION PIE

1 1/4 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups onions, thinly sliced
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1/4-1/2 cup grated sharp cheese

Mix together cracker crumbs and 4 tablespoons butter. Spoon into crust. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. serves 4
