Carrie's Recipe

CREAM CHEESE SALAD

4 cups diced apples
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup grapes halved
1 cup half and half (can use milk)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 medium cool whip
1 8 ounce cream cheese softened
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2/3 cup sugar

Add lemon juice to fruit. Dissolve gelatin in warm half and half. Blend sugar and cream cheese together and mix in gelatin mixture. Add fruit, vanilla and cool whip. Refrigerate for several hours. May be frozen
