SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut (optional)
marshmallows

mix all ingredients except marshmallows and bake approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with marshmallows and brown lightly,
