CORN CHOWDER

1 pound gound sausage
1 large onion, chopped
3 large potatoes, diced
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can evaporated milk

Shape sausage in patties and fry. Crumble into soup pot. Saute onions in sausage pan and add to soup pan. Add potatos, 3 cups
water, whole kernel corn, salt and pepper. Cook 20 minutes then add creamed corn, cook additional 10 minutes. Add evaporated milk and heat. DO NOT BOIL.
