CREAMY TORTELLINI SALAD

1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons water
2 (9 oz) packages refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked and drained.
2 cups sugar snap peas, halved
1 cup carrots, shredded

Combine salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, vinegar and water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; top to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
