WHIPPING CREAM BISCUITS

2 cups self rising flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Mix flour and sugar, add whipping cream and stir until dough forms a ball. Knead 5 to 7 times and roll out gently to about 1/4 inch.
Cut out and placed on a greased baking sheet. Bake about 12 minutes.
