SWISS STEAK

2 pounds round steak
flour to dredge steak
shortening
1 cup diced celery
1 medium bell pepper, sliced
2 cups tomato soup
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Cut steak in pieces, season, roll in small amount of flour. Put just enough shortening in an electric skillet to brown the steak. Cook until brown and set aside. Leave about a Tablespoon grease in pan. Sprinkle a little flour on bottom and add steak back into the skillet with the remaining ingredients. Cook on simmer until tender. Serve over creamed potatoes or rice. Add water as needed.
