SAUSAGE & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 pound sausage links, cut into small pieces
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen, chopped brocolli
1/4 cup mild cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons green pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoons onion, grated
3 Tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 hard boil eggs, sliced
1/2 cup plus 3 Tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 Tablespoon chicken stock
1/2 bread crumbs
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
Cook sausage until brown, drain. Cook brocolli according to package directions, drain well. Place brocolli in slightly greased casserole. Combine sausage, cheese, green pepper, onion, parsley and flour in a medium bowl; spoon one-half mixture over brocolli. Top sausage mixture with egg slices. Pour remaining sausage mixture over eggs. Place 1/2 cup butter in pan and gradually add flour and chicken stock. Add milk and bring to a bubbly boil. Pour over casserole. Combine bread crumbs and remaining butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
