20 LAYER CAKE

2 cups margerine, melted
12 eggs
4 cups sugar
6 cups self-rising flour
3 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, milk and butter. Beat in flour. Pour out a little batter in prepared pan (approximately 1/4 cup) and bake at 400 until just done. If batter gets too thick it won't spread out in pan. Add more milk if needed.
CHOCOLATE ICING
1 cup cocoa
6 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
1 1/2 stick margerine
2 teaspoons vanilla
Thoroughly combine sugar, salt and cocoa in a 4 quart saucepan. Add milk, oleo and vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring continually, after it begins to boil. Boil for about 2 mins. Ice cake while icing is still hot. ( I punch fork holes in each layer so icing will drip through. Also, before stacking layers make sure they are level are they will slide off)
