1/4 cup white karo syrup
6 Tablespoons water (room temperature)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients (except vanilla) in a saucepan. Cook over very low heat for 7 minutes. Beat constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
