CHOCOLATE PIE

2 heaping Tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar (+ 2 Tbls for meringue)
2 Tablespoons cocoa
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks (reserve whites for meringue)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 stick butter, melted

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and stir well. Beat egg yolks and mix in. Add vanilla and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.

Meringue. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, add in 2 Tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
