2 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz)can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
In a medium bowl, with a fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into a ball; roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled or overnight. Place on serving board with crackers.
makes about 40 servings
