3 eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups bread, crusts removed and cubed
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a lg casserole dish (baking pan - 8x8); mix all ingredients well and spread into the baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Serve warm.
Serves 10-12.
