Easy Caeser Dressing

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup 2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender or processor. Blend until smooth. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.

makes 1 cup
