Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
1 small garlic clove
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil

In a blender add everything but the olive oil. Blend 10-15 seconds until all the herbs and garlic are finely minced. Gradually add olive oil and continue blending for 10 to 15 seconds or until everything is mixed well.
