Braunschweiger Ball

12 ounces Braunschweiger
8 ounces cream cheese, divided
5 green onions
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients except 3 ounces of the cream cheese. Form into a ball and refrigerate overnite. Use the 3-ounces of cream cheese to cover (ice) the cheese ball. May top with olives.

makes a large cheeseball - great starter appetizer.
