Tender Flank Steak

1 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
6 garlic cloves
1 beef flank stead (1 1/2 lbs)

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and garlic; add steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 6-8 hrs.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill on medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium should read 160F; well-done should read 170 degrees F). Thinly slice the steak across the grain.
