Classic Coleslaw with Buttermilk (CL)

1 head(s) (2-pound) green cabbage, quartered, cored, and thinly sliced
1 large carrot, grated on large holes of grater
8 radishes, grated on large holes of grater 1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
1 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 teaspoon(s) celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch(s) cayenne pepper, plus more to taste

Directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, radishes, and onion.
In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Add more cayenne, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day before serving.
Makes 12 servings.
