Sweet Baked Onions

sweet onions ( as many as you wish )
1 beef boullion cube for each tomato
1 Tbsp butter for each tomato
freshly ground black pepper

Core and peel outer skin of onion, leaving the onion whole. Put on aluminum foil. Pack center 2/3rd of onion with the butter. Top with beef boullion cube. Sprinkle generously with pepper. Wrap each with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
