Laura Bushs Cowboy Cookies

3 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
3 cups chocolate chips
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups pecans

Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs; add vanilla. Add next five ingredients and mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
