1 1/2 C. white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 C. butter, softened
1/2-3/4 C. whipped cream cheese,
1/4 C. Dijon style mustard
1/3 C. pecans, chopped
1/2 C. Craisins

Directions

Place shredded cheese, softened butter, whipped cream cheese and mustard in small mixing bowl. Beat on low or mix by hand until blended. If too stiff add more cream cheese. Fold in pecans and Craisins. Refrigerate until serving. To serve, remove from refrigerator and let soften for 10 minutes. Use a hearty cracker.

Makes approx.3 cups
