Gingery Asparagus

Category: Vegetable

1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed

2 tsp. vegetable oil

2 tsp. minced fresh ginger

1/2 tsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. sesame oil



Methods/steps
Saute asparagus in 2 tsp. hot oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet 7 minutes. Add ginger, and saute 1 minute. Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 1 minute.

Serves 6.
