Sun-Dried Tomato Dip
Category: Dips-served cold
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
and chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp bottled hot sauce
2 green onions, sliced
milk (optional)
sliced green onion tops (optional)
Asparagus spears and other assorted
fresh veggies or crackers
In a food processor bowl or blender container, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and bottled hot pepper sauce. Cover and process or blend until almost smooth. Add green onions. Cover and process until onion is coarsely chopped. Cover; refrigerate.
Remove dip 20 minutes before serving.
