Great Pie Crust

2 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp Crisco
1 tsp vinegar
2 egg yolks
6 Tbsp water

Mix dry ingredients; cut in the Crisco. Add the vinegar and the egg yolks. Add 1 Tbsp of water at a time, mixing well.

Makes 2 crusts
