Strawberry Pie *5*

Crust
2 TBSP sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix together, press in pie pan (I use a 9"
deep dish pie pan)
Bake 12 min. -at- 350 degrees
Let cool

Filling
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 large box strawberry jello
2 TBSP corn starch
Boil above ingredients for 5 min.
Cool
Add 1 quart sliced strawberries and red food
coloring

Cream Cheese Layer
8 oz. cream cheese softened
Sugar (enough to take the bite our of the
cheese)
1 tsp vanilla
Mix, spread on top of cooled crust. Pour
strawberry mixture over the top.

Chill in refrigerator about 3 hours.

Serves 8.
