Ingredients
4 cups cucumbers, sliced
1 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
Methods/steps
Slice in to 1/4-inch circles.
Lay the slices evenly around a dinner plate.
Pour rice vinegar over the cucumbers.
Sprinkle seasoning salt over the cucumbers and serve.
Serves 4.
