2 Tbsps shallot, minced
2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Place all ingredients in a small bowl; whisk until evenly combined.
makes about 1 1/2 cups
