Mustard Coleslaw

3/4 cup mustard
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cup sugar
celery seed
cabbage (4 lbs)

Mix first 8 ingredients well. Pour over shredded cabbage. Refrigerate.
