Breakfast Casserole

8 slices bread
8 oz cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
7 eggs
sausage-cooked
1/2 cup butter

Cut off bread crusts; place bread in greased 9x13 baking pan. Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard and cheese; add cooked sausage. Pour on the bread. Dot with the butter. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees - 1/2 hour covered with foil; 1/2 hour uncovered.
Serves 6-8
