Crab Hors Doeuvres

8 oz. crab meat, flaked
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbs. sweet pickle relish, drained
1/2 C. ketchup
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce or to taste
crackers

Directions

Slice cream cheese lengthwise, creating a 2-piece butterfly cut, and arrange on plate. Spread relish on top of cheese. Cover with crab meat. Add Tabasco sauce to ketchup, mix well and pour mixture over all. Serve with crackers.


Makes approx 2 cups.
