Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Makes 1-3/4 cups.
