Crisp Cucumber Salad

2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced 4 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 small red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the cucumbers, scallions, and red pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumber mixture. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before tossing and serving.
Serves 4.
