Cheese Twills

Ingredients
1 (5-ounce) package shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Sprinkle the cheese over the baking sheet, forming one large sheet of cheese. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted.

Let the cheese cool slightly then cut into triangles, squares, or rectangles. Let cool completely before using as desired.

Yields about 1 dozen pieces
