Three Cheese Tortellini in Sage Brown Butter Sauce

1 package Three Cheese Tortellini (family
size)
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
10 fresh sage leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano for
serving
Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of salt.
Cook tortellini according to the package directions.
Melt the butter in a 12-to-14-inch saute pan and remove from heat as soon as the butter begins to turn golden brown.
Add sage leaves and remove from heat. Drain the tortellini and add to the butter. Toss gently for 1 minute over medium heat to coat the tortellini with sauce.
Divide tortellini among 6 warmed plated, sprinkle with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and serve immediately.
Serves 6.
