Ingredients
1 pound small white beans
8 cups water
2 cups ham, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
Instructions
1. Assemble ingredients in Crock-Pot.
2. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender.
Serves 6
