Apple Crisp

5 cups sliced apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter

Place apples in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and water.
Rub together the flour, sugar and butter; spread over apples. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 miutes. Serve warm with cream.
Makes 6 servings
