Santa Fe Hombre Soup

Ingredients

* 1 lb. ground beef
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 1-oz. pkgs. ranch style dressing mix
* 2 sm. pkgs. taco seasoning mix
* 1 16-oz. can black beans, undrained
* 1 16-oz. kidney beans, undrained
* 1 16-oz. can pinto beans, undrained
* 1 16-oz. can diced tomatoes with chilis, undrained
* 1 16-oz. can diced tomato, undrained
* 2 16-oz. cans white corn, undrained
* 2 C. water
* sour cream and chives for topping

Directions

Cook meat and onion together in large pot until brown. Stir ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into meat. Add remaining undrained ingredients. Simmer 2 hours. Place a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle with chives. Serve with tortilla chips as desired.
