2 C. papaya, chopped
2 Tbs. honey
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. purple onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, finely minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Chill and serve.
Serve with: Marinated Grilled Salmon
