Taco Sauce

3 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 cups jalapeno peppers, seeded, chopped
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar

In a large pan, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
makes 3 1/2 pints
